Completed in November 2021 the newly built and opened purpose built accommodation for the travelling golfer, in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.
We offer a choice of a generous two-bedroom suites inclusive of separate living area and kitchenette, or king size bedrooms with ensuite (king bed and twin bed configurations available).
All rooms are totally private and feature stunning views of The Mornington Peninsula. Private balconies, quality fittings and 5G Wi-Fi are standard.
The Links Lodge is situated a short stroll to The Dunes clubhouse and our location in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula allows easy access to nearby Peninsula attractions.

Suites
Our six luxury two bedroom suites offer sweeping views over the 18th hole across to Cape Schanck. All suites feature two bedrooms each with their own ensuite, a large living area and kitchenette, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony, 5G Wi-Fi, Smart TV and luxury furnishings. Amenities include king size beds, air-conditioning, heating, TV, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, tea and coffee facilities and toaster.
Peninsula Rooms
Links Lodge offers 11 king size (50sqm) bedrooms each with ensuite. Rooms are north west facing with views across the Peninsula to Arthurs Seat. All rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, their own private balcony, 5G wi-fi, Smart TV and luxury furnishings. King size bed or twin single configurations are available. Amenities include air-conditioning, heating, Smart TV, mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities.
Dining & Hospitality
Our friendly staff serve Lunch and Breakfast from 7am daily in our light and airy clubhouse. In addition, The Dunes’ central location means a wide variety of restaurants, wineries and the famed St Andrews Beach Brewery are only a short drive from The Dunes.
Our spacious guest lounge is separate from the main clubhouse and is equipped with a large BBQ, wall mounted TV and a huge north facing deck overlooking The Dunes 1st tee. Guests of eight or more are able to book the lounge for private catered barbeques. Perfect for the group that doesn’t want to move too far in the evening! Contact our reception to make a booking.

For golfers with a multi-day itinerary, The Dunes is located near to a cluster of great golf courses including St Andrews Beach, Moonah Links, the three courses at The National, Sorrento Golf Club, Portsea Golf Club and Flinders Golf Club.
As a complement to golf, we are surrounded by first class restaurants, Red Hill wineries and the famous St Andrews Beach Brewery. Those looking for relaxation can find the Peninsula Hot Springs and the new Alba Thermal Springs literally just down the road. Tranquil Cape Schanck coastal walks and the two bays track are both just a short drive from The Links Lodge.
