The 2025 Cups Classic
On Sunday, 9 November, the sun was shining early, setting the stage for a fantastic day at the 2025 Cups Classic.
The 11:00 am tee time provided the ideal conditions, with both winners undertaking rounds in this time spot.
All players enjoyed a great day out with some fabulous prizes thanks to the sponsor's, St Andrews Beach Brewery, Coca Cola, Cobra Puma, Peninsula Hot Springs, ALBA Thermal Springs and Spa, Enchanted Adventure Garden, Drummond Golf, Torney Golf, Foot joy, Portsea Golf Club, Sporte Leisure, Island Green, Punters, Taylormade, Scotchmans Hill Wine, Srixon, Torquay Sands, Golf Tourism Australia, .
Special thanks go to Simon and his team for presenting the course in pristine condition, ensuring players could compete at their best. Appreciation also goes to the clubhouse staff, whose tireless efforts and dedication made the event a brilliant success.

Arguably the best 9 hole tournament in Australia, The Cups Classic is held every November on The Cups 9 hole course and is a highlight of the Peninsula golfing calendar.
The Cups is in great condition and the greens are always rolling true! It’s a perfect course for golfers of all abilities and yet still a strong test of your game. The Cups Classic is a super fun day with putting competitions, nearest the pin challenges, long drive competitions, a beat the Pro contest and a St Andrews Brewery craft beer tent by the 1st hole.
Entry is open to men and women of all ages and abilities. A handicap is not required to enter. The tournament is officially handicapped for those with registered Golf Australia handicaps.
